Convenient location, near a taxi stand, and easy to locate. the hearty full English breakfast was delicious and served generously. the staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating 😊.

The location of this place is stunning and amazing, right in the town center, and we were conveniently close to the Ilfracombe Museum.

The room was clean and cosy. Excellent breakfast and good location for seeing the sights. Had the added benefit of Wi Fi to keep in touch.

How warm the room was and the views out over the farm

Loved our 2 nights stay. the guest room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. - Excellent breakfast. - Very helpful staff created a comfortable atmosphere. - Decent and peaceful location close to the Coast.

The Owners were very friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, will stay there again when we visit North Devon.

The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Lovely en-suite with a very good shower. The outlook was very pleasant and the service was brilliant. Large choice of breakfasts everything fresh and very tasty

The staff here are pretty friendly and helpful. the room is well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea maker, fridge, and glassware. the food is top-notch and the service is efficient. 🌟

We used the farm as a jump-off point for a 3 day break on Lundy. ( and a further night on our return). We could park our car free for the duration and the owners were helpful and friendly with their comments and advice.

Had real good stay for 5 nights and the weather was pleasant. Everything was lovely as expected, however the bathroom was a little cramped. A large full English breakfast was a plus. It had a simply perfect and decent location very close to Near to Ilfracombe and Near to beaches.

Fresh breakfast with a good variety of food, just what I wanted. the staff here were super helpful, which was awesome. the location was perfect, really close to the coast 🌊.

Great outlook across the countryside.

We where downstairs and the movement of people upstairs made the floor boards creak. Very annoying.
